The Vacteck twin power cyclone vacuum has been designed for the recovery of grains, sawdust, powders, woodchips and most light waste that would normally clog up a vacuums filter. The cyclonic action prevents 99% of the dust and waste from ever reaching the dust bag. The power plant is the Vacteck twin electric that can be used as a standalone vacuum when not attached to the cyclone hopper.
The system comes in two parts. The hopper cyclone and the twin electric wet dry vacuum.
The twin electric vacuum can be used as both the power for the cyclone and as a stand alone wet dry vacuum
The intake cyclone is attached to the top of the capture hopper.
The hopper tank has internal brackets that fit to supplied wall clips. This enables the tank and hopper to swivel 180 degrees.
The system can be supplied with tools for wet and dry vacuuming.
The simple pressure clip keeps the dump hatch closed.
A simple releaze of the pressure clip and the grain or sawdust will be dumped into a capture pale.
The system can be setup with either 40mm capture hose and tools or 50mm hose and wand.
The filter remains largely untouched which allows full vacuum power for much longer periods and less stoppages for filter cleaning.
