Active income stream.

Everyday of the week Vacteck Vacuums fields telephone enquiries from companies and consumers in regard to removing their old roof insulation from their roof cavities. Whether it is old and infested with insects and vermin or has just been blown in and the Cowboys who did the job have sprayed the cellulose insulation everywhere causing extreme danger through the downlights overheating, there are jobs that are waiting to be done. Vacteck Vacuums at present do not advertise that the vacuum trailers can recover the insulation and our enquiries are coming from internet search engines that pick up the Vac n Sack website. With a $5000.00 advertising budget in each franchise area this would generate enough enquiries to kick off the business and then start the word of mouth and the visibility of the trailer in your area to start to generate the kind of money that is being paid in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and across Australia. At present the going rate for roof vacuuming of dust and cellulose based insulation is between $8 - $14 per square metre. A standard 3 bedroom house has approximately 120 square metres of roof cavity. This represents a potential income per house of between $960 - $1680 per house. The Vac n Sack system can clean a 120 square area in under 2 hours. Cleaning 2 houses per day would not be a problem. Potential earnings of between $1920.00 per day and $3360 per day for 4 hours work. The system is designed for two people to operate it, one in the roof cleaning and one at the trailer changing bags and controlling the blower and motor. This could be done with one person if a remote control was connected to the Honda motor.

Passive Income stream.

1. Hiring the trailer vacuum system out via the Vachire website and the soon to be installed 1 300 number would mean that you could earn a passive income without actually doing the roof vacuuming. Rates of between $475 - $625 per day can be achieved for hiring the trailer.
2. Managing the trailer with a small team of two who go out and do the work. Once you have paid the workers there will still be a huge profit to be had which can be used to pay off the original investment which is tax deductable and produce a handsome income for the week.
