The present roof insulation and dust vacuum system utilises an industrial grade positive displacement blower vacuum powered by a 24HP Honda motor. This system has been designed to offer huge power and versatility and be capable of vacuuming a wide variety of product way beyond insulation and dust. Vacteck regularly fields telephone enquiries from roof insualtion companies and members of the public requesting their old insulation roof insulation, often the blown in cellulose variety, to be removed so they can install more efficient and environmentally friendly insulation. At present we sell the systems that can recover the waste but we want to franchise the system as it will be a very lucrative business.

Additionally as we are a industrial vacuum company and are actively involved with dozens of high end companies and their special industrial waste requirements, we know where the waste recovery opportunities are and will be including these opportunities in the overall franchise package and system.

The systems in use at the moment are being used for the recovery of old roof insulation and the operators are charging between $8-$12 per square metre. Most houses are between 80-120 square metres which represents up to $1440 for one house. Of course all houses will not be 120 squares and the fee may only be $500-$600 per house. But the high powered Vacteck system could do 3 houses a day which represents between  $1800 - $4320 per day. A huge opportunity waiting to be tapped into.

What you need to do to get across the line.............

To be elligible for the free franchise you need to pay 80% deposit on one of the Vac n Sack roof and gutter blower vacuum systems before December 30th 2009. This is a standard deposit that we require from any business or client wanting a custom built vacuum system. This will also mean you will be elligible for the Federal governments 50% tax rebate.

You will also need to sign a non binding letter of intent to proceed with the conditions and royalties of the franchise once the franchises are rolled out. This protects both us and you.

You can pull out of purchasing the franchise within 7 days once notifying us by registered letter. You cannot pull out of the paying in full for the vacuum system that you agree to. You will own this equipment outright once the full payment has been paid.
