The initial free franchise will be offered to a limited number of clients who would like to start their own business with the back up of one of Australia's leading innovators and designers of industrial vacuum equipment. Every day of the week customers contact Vacteck Vacuums with their special waste requirements or needs and as Vacteck occupies page one of most major search engines we are the likely choice for customers seeking answers and solutions. As such the biggest volume of enquiries from both companies and mum's & dad's is about the removal or old roof insulation. Whether it is because of the infestation of rodents and pests or the fact that most of the old insulation looses it's effectiveness very quickly particularly in hot and humid climates, or because companies are trying to cash in on the Federal governments inuslation rebate of $1200.00, whatever the reason clients are screaming at us to get some vacuum trailers into the market and start solving this growing issue.
We are working as fast as we can on this project...............but it takes time and bucket loads of planning. As we don't just want to put trailers out into the market as new start up businesses that don't have the required back up to make these new businesses viable in the long term. We design and build a wide variety of industrial vacuum systems which we sell every day of the week to some of Australia's leading companies. We also consult to these companies and we sell our full range of products and other peoples products to hundreds of medium and small businesses. So we have an unbeliveble access to market intelligence that includes;

1. what type of waste needs to be recovered
2. which companies need it done
3. which companies are presently doing it and how much they charge
4. who are the competition in the market
5. what are the fees that can be charged
6. what areas of industry require certain vacuum products
7. who the suppliers of the products are and how to gain access to those products

Additionally we can see that the roof insulation vacuum market can be expanded and diversified. The initial phase will focus on old cellulose insulation removal and gutter cleaning, but as the systems and techniques are refined we will introduce other options for our clients.

This now brings us to the type of equipment that we use. Our systems are heavy industrial vacuum units. They are not cheap but they are high quality with huge power. Vacteck Vacuums spent nine months testing and developing the present system to get it right. It has huge power, can use huge hose lengths and produces 50% vacuum and between 450 cfm and 800 cfm depending on which model you go for. You may ask why such huge power for roof insulation and gutters. There is a reason and this will become apparent when phase 2 and 3 are revealed of extra sources of revenue and waste applications are developed.
