Intergen, the operator of Milmerran power station in South West Queensland are one of the first power stations to bring in the ultra powerful 174 Quad Ultra Vac for the recovery and management of their PFA build up.
The particular model they requested has 12 metres of 40mm anti-static hose, a 2 metre 2 part metal probe wand, a 450mm squeegee head, standard sonic nozzle blow down gun and powered by 4 Vacteck silenced air motors.
Vacteck's 174 Quad Ultra Vac lid with filters exposing the cyclonic entry that slows down the PFA ash on entry into the waste steel drum. | | | Vacteck's 3 wheeled heavy duty drum mover that makes this very powerful Ultra Vac easily maneuverable and even easier to empty. A quick flick of two side clips and the drum can tilt and empty the contents without over-balancing. This particular 174 Quad is fitted with a pressure regulator which ensures that the incredibly powerful vacuum motors don't consume more compressed air than necessary. | | | | |
