Confidentiality

All information gathered or held regarding the personal or business affairs of our customers will be held in strict confidence, for the sole use of Vacteck Pneumatics in meeting its stated objectives. No information will be released to partner businesses or any other third party in a format that will allow identification except with the express consent of the provider or as may be required by law. Vacteck does not sell lists to third party marketing organisations.

Communication

Vacteck Pneumatics can be reached by post, phone, fax and e-mail. All correspondence will be responded to in a clear, concise and timely manner. Our aim is that all correspondence, from date of receipt, will receive a response within 3-4 business days; more complicated issues will receive an acknowledgement within the response time, and continuous updates on the progress of the case until a resolution can be achieved.

Consistency

As part of its commitment to upholding professional standards, Vacteck Pneumatics constantly strives to produce quality products that are safe and easy to use. All safety precautions will be clearly stated when so needed.

Handling complaints

Vacteck Pneumatics seeks fair, just and prompt solutions when possible to any complaints and appeals. All such issues should be directed to Info at Vacteck Pneumatics  in the first instance, where they will be acknowledged and directed to the attention of the appropriate person.

Availability of Goods 

Vacteck Pneumatics will update our website and shopping information regularly to be sure that the customer has up to date information in regard to product availability and delivery times. If not stated otherwise goods will be despatched from Vacteck within 7 working days. Mostly despatch will be within 5 working days. If goods are not available customers will be advised within 72 hours of purchase to the lack of availability and when the next shipment of goods will be despatched.
