 | The Fluid Power Drain system is an accessory for the Wheelie AirVacs and the Drum vacs. The system uses a unique water powered veturi drain system. This allows this unit to drain machine coolant, into the main tank via a mesh basket. The coolant is filtered and then pumped back into the machine via the water ejector allowing this transfer and replacement to happen simultaneously.

The Wheelie AirVac PowerDrain uses new patented technology which allows water soluble coolant to be removed, cleaned and replaced in expensive factory machinery without shutting down the machine. The ejector system is water powered using a 7/1 ejection ratio. For every litre of water used to power the ejector system, 7 litres of coolant are sucked out of the tank and then powered back into the machine sump. This system can catch much of the chips and fines that clog up a lathe or cutting machine and then pump cleaned coolant back in. No more shutting down the machine and losing valuable time while it is cleaned out.
