Vacteck Vacuums designs kits which can be assembled onto a customers lid. Our kits come pre-assembled and pre-configured. All a customer needs to do is drill a few holes and bolt it together.
The kits are shipped in a box with all parts necessary to make a wet vacuum, dry vacuum or combo wet/dry. We build the manifold which is the core of the vacuum kit and adjust the internal vacuum components to match a customers air and the kind of waste they are trying to recover.
Our pre-assembled kits are light in weight and include a full instruction sheet, operations manual and a troubleshooting guide. The simple step by step process has proved to be a very effective with customers who need to have a vacuum system on their own container.
Our systems are made from mine safe 6061 metals and can be converted to make fully anti-static. We can create systems with massive fluid lift and massive dry lift capability. Creating a system that has the power to lift a particular product is not just about throwing massive amounts of compressed air through the tool. It needs to be approached in a scientific manner and all aspects, including, suction velocity, vacuum rating, air flow characteristics and venturi thrust all play an important part. Some systems will work well with fluid and not dry and then others will be great at dry and not fluid. We know what configuration to give you as we have been in the industry for 30 years. | | Drill your holes in your lid.
| Take the manifold or if it is a single unit, then the single unit body. | | | Placing the vacuum body over the drilled holes and thread the bolts through. Apply a small smear of the supplied silicone sealant.
| Match with the flange and float valve seton the underside of the lid.
| | | | Place the supplied filter (if it is a dry or wet dry version) over the float valve assembly and then screw the wing nuts over the filter retaining plate. | For larger systems it is exactly the same process, just repeated a few times.
| | | | For a four vacuum system it is the same process. | Screwing the supplied vacteck silencer in place is a very easy procedure. Just use a small amount of lubricant on the thread. | | | | Be sure all nuts are tightened. Do not over-tighten and always use lubricant as the bolts and nuts are stainless steel and they will fail without lubricant. | All necessary parts are supplied with the kit.
