 Do you need a high powered vacuum unit on your own tank, container or vessel?

 

The TrenchSucker 1400 is a high powered wet dry unit and now Vacteck can ship the components to you to screw onto your own tank, drum or hard plastic container. Any vessel that is airtight and has strong sides that won't be pulled in under vacuum could be suitable for the mounting of the TrenchSucker 1400.

 We design and build all of our vacuum units and systems in Australia using high quality parts and with a high degree of technical application to the manufacture of all parts.  We offer a 5 year warranty on all vacuum units. (Conditions apply)

Please note: Vacuum cleaners work on both raw vacuum and air flow. Electric vacuums have on average about 4-5"Hg of vacuum. This is created by fan blades in electric motors and produce a high air flow but small raw vacuum. They cannot be adjusted. What you get when you buy the unit is the best it will ever be and eventually it will deteriorate. Air powered vacuums have a constant vacuum and air flow for years and years as there are no moving parts. They can be adjusted minutely for more vacuum and less air flow or visa a versa and any combination of both depending on the waste to recover. vacteck have 30 years experience in designing, developing and modifying the vacuum systems. Now to 3 basic questions......

 

Remember: The best results will not just be the highest vacuum Hg rating. Certain dry waste like steel shot need a high air flow and a high vacuum rating. Fluid lift needs high vacuum and low air flow. Light dry waste needs high air flow and moderate vacuum rating. Combo units will need moderate to high air flow and vacuum to be effective at both. Please be aware though that certain waste recovery will require a specific model not a combo.
