Air power has numerous advantages over electric vacuum cleaners and systems. Some of them are...

Image Air powered industrial vacuum cleaners have dozens of advantages over electric vacuums but one of the most important ones is that there are no mechanical moving parts which means there can be no mechanical breakdown. This gives the air powered vacuums huge reliability and means they can perform consistently for thousands of hours with no maintenance.

Image Air powered industrial vacuum cleaners are powered by compressed air. There is no chance of electric shock so they are perfect for vacuum recovery in wet and dangerous environments.

Image With air powered industrial vacuum cleaners from vacteck when we say power, we mean gut wrenching suction power. Because there are no motors or blades creating the vacuum our systems can be used to suck up all types of waste both wet and dry. Whatever needs to be sucked up can be with an air powered vacuum. There are no limitations. Whatever is in front of the suction head can be sucked up.

Image Air powered vacuums create their energy from a complex venturi and ejector system. There are no motors which means they can't be burnt out. Electric vacuums have a very limited life due to the motors burning out under normal circumstances. If you try and recover certain dusts and powders these can be sucted into the motors and they burn out. Air powered vacuums do not get effected by dusts, powders, grains etc.

Image Water lift does not just refer to water but to any liquid, including oils, hydraulic fludi, chemicals etc. Air powered industrial vacuum cleaners create huge power through the venturi system. This in turn develops a huge vacuum which is what is required to get the huge water lift. Electric vacuums use air flow and not vacuum to do what they do. Subsequently, if you want a serious water lift capability you need to use air power.

Image Air powered vacuums generally use less energy to create the vacuum than electric ones. When you take into account burnt out motors, replacement parts like fan blades and other motor parts for electrics, not to mention the huge power bills, air vacuums are cheaper and more reliable.
