Vacteck wants you to experience the unbelievable power of our heavy systems.

We know what they can do but of course you don't. So we are prepared to let you buy it, try it and then return it if you are not satisfied or it doesn't do what you thought it would. Of course there are a few conditions to protect us and you, but we are quite happy to refund your money, minus a few costs for cleaning and replacing filters, just so you get a chance to see it in action and evaluate whether it would be good for your business. But the bottom line is, we want your business but we also want you to be satisfied with our product.

So here's the drum.

• You pay for the system in advance by either credit card over the phone or direct deposit into our account.
  

• You pay for freight and insurance both ways.

• You can try the system at your workplace for either wet or dry recovery. 

• If it works fine. Just keep it.

• If you are not satisfied for any reason then just return it with-in 10 days of invoice date and receive your refund.

What you pay for:

1. Freight & insurance costs both way ex-Gold Coast

2. Replacement paper filters @ $59+gst each

3. Replacement foam silencer filters @ $18+gst each

4. Hose, camlocks, filters, wand sets, vac heads will all be replaced at cost +25%.
   

5. Clean, strip down & service fee for unit. $375 per system.

6. If the unit is damaged then you will pay cost+25% at the discretion of Vacteck for whichever part is damaged.

7. For example, if one of the anodised silencers is scratched then it will need to be replaced at $170 each.

8. If the heavy duty drum mover is covered in oil and paint, then it will be charged at $920.

9. If you as the purchaser does the right thing, then we will happily refund your money minus the stated costs. No hassles.

10. Once we have the goods back and have assessed the system, we will deposit funds within 28 days back into your nominated account.

We couldn't make it any simpler to do business than that.
